Dent Armor is a service agreement that provides your customer with unlimited paintless dent repairs (PDR) for small dents and dings on the vertical panels of their vehicle with no deductibles on a single vehicle for a term of 1 to 5 years. The vertical panels include fenders, doors, quarter panels and rear lift gates (on mini vans and SUV’s).

Here's How It Works:
Dent Armor can be succesfully sold through your F&I office or your service department. Dent Armor Programs range from 1 year to 5 years with no mileage restrictions. During the term of the Dent Armor contract, a claim is completed using the following procedure:

1. Policy holder will call Dent Armor administration at 1-800-579-2233 or go to
   www.dentarmor.net and click on “Make a Claim” to report the dent repair request.
   
   
2. Dent Armor will then verify the validity of the agreement and coverage, and a certified technician will contact the warranty holder to schedule an appointment.
   
   
3. The technician will examine the damaged area prior to performing PDR to determine if the dent(s) can be repaired. A repair will then be completed for all repairable dents on the vertical panels using the PDR process.
